Start a solo game and fool around with it, jumping and hitting over and over until you get consistent. I find it's easier to get in the Wondersphere going from Rocket to Spawn than DeathRay to Rocket. Draw bow before jump, jump, aim above circle, fire. I usually get it the first or second time.
