R6 stuck on creating squad.

i had this issue a lot lately. Whenever i try to play a match of r6 i am always stuck on the loading screen after chosing my operator and the timer ends. if some one knows what is causing this can you please tell me i can't enjoy siege like this. Since then December 9th servers going down, my game is stuck on the creating squadron screen. I've already uninstalled the game and downloaded it again... but the problem remains, idk what to do anymore.
