It really depends on personal preference in the kratom community. Many people prefer powder, especially through the Toss & Wash method, or they might go for extracts for a stronger effect. Personally, I avoid strong extracts and stick to lower level options like gummies. Most of the time, I just do the Toss and Wash method with some orange juice.
