Update - I hold my Nextbridge shares in eTrade. I just electronically requested transfer to AST today. So eTrade will send electronically to AST (which is free) or they will send paper certificates (that costs $60). So it takes a few business days to process. If I receive paper certificates I need to directly register with AST myself.
