I have similar issues with my 2021 outback onyx xt. There are supposed to be 3 different stages of Eyesight pre- collision warning/ intervention. First stage is a beep and flash on head up lights on windshield. if no intervention by driver and collision still probable, 3 beeps and a pulse of the ABS system.Eyesight problem - Maybe, and as noted, literally anything can cause Eyesight to go offline.
